* All rates include GST and are in New Zealand Dollars.
* # $200 or credit card imprint held as security
* Overnight and short stay rates must be paid up to two weeks in advance. No refunds given for early departure.
* Guests staying 1 to 6 nights Category Overnight FIT
* Guests staying 7-42 nights Category Short Stay
* Guests staying 42 nights and longer Category Contracted Long Stay.
* All guests must fill out the appropriate occupation agreement.
* Utility Fee non-refundable. Bond refundable on departure subject to satisfactory condition.
* All Short stay and long stay guests must provide photo identification.
* Long stay guests subject to 6 week minimum term.
